Although Heather is relatively new to professional grooming, she is no stranger to the world of High Maintenance breeds.  Her own Havanese has inspired a love for the artistic skills that allow her to excel as a professional groomer. 

Heather started her career in a Big Box Pet Care chain, but quickly realized the level of instruction would not be sufficient to allow her to practice at a level she would expect or demand for her own pets.  After some considerable searching Heather found a semi-local groomer who was willing to pass the along her knowledge.  Heather has been able to obtain 100s of hours of one on one instruction under the expert tutelage of a 20+ year grooming professional.
